Second Single Drops: Body of Theseus
So this Theseus fellow had a ship. Very famous, won battles, the whole nine yards. People come to see this famous ship, but over the years, it starts to break down. The mast needs replacing. The rudder. The hull. Eventually every part has been replaced. Obviously one might ask: Is this still the same ship?
(You know what’s coming, of course.) Your body does the same thing. Every handful of years nearly every cell in your body gets an update. Are you still you? Am I still the guy your trusted? That you loved?
